The Grand Graduation Ceremony of Bachelor’s Students and the Welcoming Ceremony of New Entrants of the Year 1404 at the Nine Faculties of Kabul Education University was held!

On Tuesday, 2/3/1447 QA. corresponding to 4/6/1404 SH., the graduation ceremony of 450 students from the nine faculties and the welcoming ceremony of 2,300 new entrants of Kabul University of Education was held with the presence of the Deputy Ministers of Academic and Financial & Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture, the Presidents of central universities, the Chancellor of Kabul Education University, vice-chancellors, deans, professors, graduating students and their families, as well as new students.
The ceremony began with the recitation of several blessed verses from the Holy Qur’an.
At the beginning, the Chancellor of Kabul University of Education, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sayed Basir Agha Hashimi, delivered the opening remarks. While welcoming all participants, he congratulated the students and their families on this glorious day and on receiving their bachelor’s degrees, and warmly welcomed the new students. He added: “Dear students! We hope you will complete your four-year academic journey successfully.” He further elaborated on the establishment of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs at Kabul University of Education after the victory of the Islamic Emirate. He also advised students about achieving life goals, maintaining respect and ethics, and continuing their education up to the master’s and doctoral levels.
Afterwards, the Deputy Minister of Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Zia-ur-Rahman Al-Aryoubi, also congratulated the graduates and expressed gratitude to their families who provided opportunities and full support for their children’s education. He said: “I am delighted to participate in a ceremony where the youth of our country step forward in pursuit of knowledge. The IEA has established new bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs to strengthen higher education in the country.”
Similarly, the Deputy Minister of Financial and Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, Al-Haj Hafiz Mawlawi Mohammad Hamed Haseeb, while congratulating the graduates and welcoming the new entrants, emphasized: “Pursue the path of knowledge and continue your education to the master’s and doctoral levels. Our country needs you, and through your knowledge, you will become worthy servants of the nation.”
During the ceremony, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture, Mawlawi Mohammad Younas Rashid, also delivered a comprehensive speech about the value of knowledge.
In conclusion, the graduation ceremony ended with the distribution of degree certificates to the graduates.
